We started Little Kona for our own little rescue — and never looked back. We adopted Kona when she was just 1.5 months old. By the time she turned two, she'd inspired a whole business — what started as selling pet products from home through an online shop has grown into a full petshop with a grooming corner.
We're a Fear Free team, which means every visit is paced to your pet — no rough handling, no rushing, ever.
We hand-pick every product on our shelves. If you don't see something, ask — we probably have it in the back or can order it for next week.

A few things to know before your visit.
A deposit is required to confirm every booking. Grooming and styling deposits (25% of service cost) are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Daycare deposits follow the same terms. Pet Hotel stays require a 50% deposit; if you cancel 7 or more days before check-in you'll receive a refund of 20% of your deposit, and cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. If we ever have to cancel your booking, you receive a full 100% refund and we'll help you find a new time. Daycare and Pet Hotel guests must show proof of up-to-date vaccinations before their stay.
Check-in and check-out are by 4:00 PM. Late pickup is charged a Rp45.000 daycare fee, with a final cut-off at 6:30 PM — after that, an extra per-night fee applies. A 50% deposit reserves your pet's dates and room; the balance is settled at check-in. Please bring your pet's own food for their stay.
For the safety of all our guests, pets staying in daycare or the pet hotel must be up to date on their core vaccinations. Please bring or send proof before your pet's first stay.
